* This is the only work from
this series that dates from other than 1978. My hunch is that dad was
looking through his finished sketchbooks in 1981 and saw the series
he had done 3 years earlier and was inspired to put on paper another
memory snapshot. I say this because this work is done in exactly the
same style as the pen drawings from 1978.
